What We Offer
Temporary full-time role for approximately 9 months;
$28 – $30 per hour, based on skills and experience;
8 days on and 6 days off work rotation.
The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Super B Side Dump and Roll-off Driver to join our team on a full-time temporary basis. Based on site, this position is responsible for the transportation of contaminated soil and non-hazardous/hazardous waste and shuttling and loading trailers at our Nexen Long Lake client site.
Key responsibilities:
Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
Driving and operating super B side dumps and roll-off bin trucks;
Completing the proper documentation for the job using handheld units and/or paper documenting techniques, including pre/post trips;
Completing minor vehicle maintenance;
Maintaining the cleanliness of the unit;
Providing high levels of customer service to our client base.
Key qualifications:
Class 1 license with a clean 5-year driver’s abstract;
2-3 years of previous super B side dump driving experience;
Previous roll-off bin truck experience;
Ability to drive and operate units in all weather conditions;
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment.
