Full-Time Long-Haul Truck Drivers in Regina
Job Description
AK Trucking Ltd. Located at 305 2505, 11th Ave, Regina, SK S4P0K6, is presently seeking three Long-haul Truck Drivers for highway long-haul transport. Applicant to have Class 1 driving license. Salary will be $22-$25 per hour, depends on experience. Basic oral English will suffice. This is a full-time position with minimum of 40 hours per week of work. Applicant to be flexible to work in shifts, nights, evenings, weekends.
Main Job duties will be:
– Drive and operate long combination or straight body trucks to transport goods to long distances.
– Plan trip logistics and obtain required documentation for the trip.
– Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection of vehicle such as lights, brakes, tires, signals etc.
– Ensure cargo is safe and delivered in appropriate manner.
