Full-Time Bus Driver in Toronto
Job Description
Looking for an experienced professional F class driver to fill a FULL TIME position driving the Firkin Group of Pubs Canada’s Double Decker bus. This is not your run-of-the-mill bus driving position! Your schedule will vary weekly. This is perfect for an individual looking for a flexible work schedule that will make up a full time position in hours. You’ll receive a mix of day, evening and night shifts. For day shifts, we will likely be providing you a route around the GTA as our bus provides our company advertising. Occasional evening and weekend shifts can involve anything from driving VIP clients to and from formal corporate events to chaperoning Bachelor and Bachelorette parties. We’re looking for a responsible and professional driver that isn’t afraid to interact with and ensure that our passengers have a great experience.
Driver qualifications:
– Valid class F driver’s license with proper endorsements.
– One year of verifiable vehicle driving experience.
– Clean driving record (ABSTRACT) maximum three demerit points (preferred)
– Criminal record search (no offenses under Criminal Code of Canada)
– A good knowledge of the Greater Toronto area
– Professional attitude and desire to be part of a winning team
– Have at least 3 years of driving experience, with at least 1 of those years in North America
– Undergo & pass a Ministry prescribed Medical examination
– Undergo drug testing, a criminal record search, vulnerable sector clearance and other background checks with satisfactory results
– Not have a criminal record for which a pardon has not been granted- Be safety-minded, courteous, and able to demonstrate an appreciation for the importance of customer service.
