Talentcor, Brampton is recruiting for a Forklift operator for a leading Plastic manufacturer in the Brampton area.
Accountabilities:
– Operates lift trucks in a safe manner.
– Supplies material to machines as needed.
– Loads and unloads trucks and tractor trailers.
– Put material away in warm room and finished goods warehouse.
– Wraps skids.
– Conducts daily lift truck circle checks.
– Checks computer and enters information.
Requirements:
– Physical ability to lift 40lbs.
– Operate counter balance and reach trucks.
– Load and off load trucks delivering and picking up material.
– Ability to do repetitive work.
– Good manual dexterity.
– Must feel comfortable with a criminal background check.
Hours:
Sunday to Friday – 3 different shifts that rotate every two weeks.
Day shift (7 am to 3:15 pm) Afternoon shift (3 pm to 11:15 pm)
Evening shift (11 pm to 7:15 am)
Total Compensation Package:
Hourly wages for shift times: $16/hr (Days) $16.45/hr (Afternoons) $16.75/hr (Evenings)
This is a full time Temporary to Permanent position
