Job Description:
– 90% of the day is spent on the machines.
– Must be comfortable on all 3, the breakdown is consistent between each depending on what needs to be moved.
– RF scanning will be done to ensure accuracy.
– Will need good communication/people skills because operators deal directly with truck drivers for clients.
– Member of a team (3 on afternoons, 7-8 on days)

Qualifications:
MUST HAVE 1: Raymond Reach, Counterbalance, Power Walkie MUST
HAVE 2: 50lbs MUST
HAVE 3: Narrow Aisle
Nice to haves: RF scanning experience Food environment (G&P environment) Double deep racking system experience
Performance Expectations:
No damages (while picking or loading orders)
Accuracy with picking system- picking proper items, delivering in a safe and professional manner
Good customer service (No complaints from drivers) Time sensitive- labour management system relates to appointment schedule for each trucks’ arrival and departure
Additional Information:
$15hr
6 Month contract. Position is covering vacations over the summer. Contract position, will likely go until the end of the year, no guarantees.
Location: Oakville
Will start on afternoon shift 2:30pm-11pm.
Could at some point switch to day shift, must be open to that.
Must be available for day & afternoon. (6am-2:30pm or 8am-4:30)
*Bronte GO station is directly behind the facility, many employees take transit
