We’re hiring Utility Courier drivers 40 hours weekly, rotating shifts as well as Sorter positions
We will be holding walk in interviews between 9:30 AM and 5 PM (Please bring your resume and driver’s license)
Key Responsibilities Courier:
Pick-up and delivery of customer’s shipments in an effective and efficient manner
Able to cover open runs as assigned by Manager
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Responsible for managing daily delivery and pick-up schedules efficiently and effectively
Ability to solve problems as they arise while on road
Build positive relationships with both our internal customers (dispatch, colleagues , managers) and external customers
Comply with all Corporate Policies and Procedures
Work in a safe manner at all times
Maintain punctual attendance
Other Duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
Valid non-probationary Driver’s License
Clean Driving Abstract
Must successfully pass written & road test(s)
Must successfully pass Defensive Driving course
Must successfully pass Courier Methods training course
Ability to read maps; Good sense of geographical direction
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs.
Successfully complete a criminal record check and employment verification to qualify
Obtain a clear Police Clearance Certificate when required

Key Responsibilities of Sorter:
Unloading and sorting freight
Preload up to 5 trucks while pulling assigned freight off conveyor belt
Scanning/Cubing/Reweighing
Build positive relationships with team (couriers, lead hands and sorters)
Working with conveyor and roller belts, inside trailers, cargo containers and package vehicles
Accurately scan, count the number of stops on a truck and write all premium products while loading
Adhere to all safety standards
Regular and reliable attendance
Other duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
Proper scan and load techniques
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a time sensitive environment
Experience in a warehouse environment an asset
Willingness to work as part of a team
Attention to process, quality and/or operational standards
Successfully complete a criminal record check and employment verification to qualify
Obtain a clear Police Clearance Certificate when required
Qualifications:
