Full-Time Roof Maintenance Lead Technician
Job Description
We are looking for EXPERIENCED roofers with an open mind and a willingness to learn new skills. Candidate must be able to work independently, in a leadership role and in a team environment. Must possess a G License. Experience with shingling a must. Assets include carpentry skills and installing and repairing low slope roof systems (Single-ply, 4-ply, Modified Bitumen, etc). Access to reliable transportation required to reach our office, company vehicles are used for daily activities.
Duties consist of shingling, investigating/repairing roof leaks, proactive repairs, inspections, maintenance, building scopes of work and providing guidance to technicians. Onsite data entry on company-provided phones during/after each job. Punctuality and people orientated a must. Ability to work in a variety of environments. Occasional extended hours and weekend work occurs but is not the norm.

Salary: $28.00 to $35.00 /hour
