The job can be entry level or above based upon applicants skill level and will determine the rate of pay.
Applicant’s MUST HAVE the following qualifications:
– a valid Class 5 driver’s license; need a diver’s abstract
– a willingess to travel out of town – see details below
The job entails many different aspects Including: pipe-fitting, carpentry, concrete preparation, and heavy equipment operation, including some underground mechanical Installations.
Applicants who show attitude and desire will be registered within one year In the Petroleum Installer Trade as an apprentice.
The job requires travel to various communities across the four western provinces and depending an how far away the project is, there may be a twelve-day rotation before coming home. All employees return home every two weeks for an extended weekend. The company provides travel, accommodations and a daily mess allowance to all of its employees and covers off the time it takes to travel to and from the job site.
To be considered for this position, you must have a clean class 5 drivers’ license and be mechanically inclined.
