The employee works for 3 days in the first week followed by 4 days in the second week.

Responsibilities : Ensure deliveries of petroleum products in the Schefferville area; Meet the safety standards associated with the delivery of petroleum products; Apply all the necessary follow ups to the proper functioning of the distributor�s equipment, as well as of customers at the delivery point; Complete all documents related to the deliveries and transportation of hazardous materials. (Delivery slips, shift summary, daily inspection sheets etc.); Be reliable and hardworking. Schedule adherence is mandatory. Tasks : Check at the beginning of each shift that all tools (paper, pencils, delivery slips etc.) and personal safety equipment are present in the delivery truck that will be used. Otherwise, make sure to get them before leaving for deliveries; Before the start of deliveries, confirm that the amount of product in the tank is sufficient for the execution of planned deliveries. Otherwise, notify the supervisor immediately in order to refill; Inspect the delivery truck prior to departure. Report any problems immediately to supervisor; Fill out all delivery slips in a clear and reliable manner; Complete deliveries based on client�s needs. If these deliveries are done on a mining site and for safety purposes, the assistant to the petroleum delivery person and the delivery person must work together to complete said deliveries; Complete delivery summary documents. Ensure the validity of the initial quantity, and make sure to deduct the right amount gradually. Validate and verify the accuracy of the information; At the end of the shift, note the ending inventory of the tank to identify the beginning inventory of the next shift in the appropriate place on the summary sheet deliveries. Leave this new copy in the truck; Take all the documents relating to the activities, put in the envelope and submit all to the supervisor.
