ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Sales Manager, has the following responsibilities:
Responsible for sales in a defined geography including: follow up with existing customers, explore and be aware of opportunities for expanded business relationships with existing customers and approach new customers, with a primary focus on agricultural and commercial customers and building a strong sub-distributor network
Work with existing Site Managers and key existing sub-distributors in the geographic area to develop further customer relationships and leads
Work with Sales Manager to resolve customer complaints
Knowledgeable regarding product characteristics and customer needs
Ensure pricing levels and credit requirements are clearly understood from and approved by Sales Manager prior to making commitments to customers on behalf of Marsollier Petroleum Ltd.
Execute sales goals as communicated by Sales Manager
Steward sales results and initiatives to Sales Manager
Ensure DSR call reporting process is followed as communicated by Sales Manager
Complete professional development and training to maintain and improve product knowledge and selling skills
Maintain professional image, representing Marsollier Petroleum Ltd. well in dress and comportment, including maintaining a clean vehicle
Other duties as assigned
