A new opportunity has come available for an experienced Forklift Technician in Brampton, ON. This role will be diagnosing and repairing Forklifts and other Material Handling equipment including lift trucks, side loaders, multi directional lift trucks, articulating trucks, four directional counter balance and other small industrial equipment. The ideal technician will have previous experience working on electric, propane and diesel powered units. Those with strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, alternative fuels, internal combustion and AC drive systems will be given preference. The successful candidate will primarily be working out of a well-equipped service truck, covering the Greater Toronto Area and should have a valid driver’s license with a fairly clean driving record. Compensation: $22.00 – $38.00/hour. Wage dependent on experience. Full comprehensive benefits package including drug and dental with long term disability is available after 90 days.
Shifts: Days, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday – Friday). Flexibility is required to work over time for in order to accommodate emergency repairs.
