Raymond Reach Forklift Operator
Our client located in Vaughan, ON is Canada’s leading third party service provider focused exclusively on delivering logistics services to the healthcare manufacturing industry. They currently have (4) full time permanent opportunities available as a Raymond Reach Forklift Operator starting at a rate of $16.00 per hour with (1) Day Shift from 7:00am – 4:00pm and (3) Afternoon Shift from 12:00pm – 8:30pm currently available .
As a Forklift Operator your duties will include but not be limited to working under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager to perform related activities such as shipping/receiving, picking/packing, prepping skids, loading/unloading and any other duties required in order to maintain production requirements.
Qualifications:
2-5 years’ experience with warehousing and materials management, including but limited to shipping, receiving, stocking and general warehousing
MUST be comfortable both manual labour lifting up to 50lbs and forklift operation
Fork Lift Truck Certification essential (Raymond Reach, Cherry Picker, Dock Stocker, Walkie)
Flexible for Days, Afternoons, Nights
Skilled in the safe operation of materials handling equipment, e.g. fork lifts, pallet stackers, wrappers, strapping machinery, etc.
Knowledge of legislation and guidelines used in the day-to-day operation of the warehouse
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
