What We Offer
$15-$20 per hour, based on skills and experience, for this permanent, full-time position;
Skill based competency pay program, which includes wage reviews after the successful completion of 500 hours and again at 1500 hours;
Productivity Premium Bonus Plan eligibility and full benefits package after 3 months.
The Opportunity
Our Lethbridge, AB location is currently looking for Production Workers – Final Finish to join the team. The successful candidates will assist in the building and construction of modular buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
Use hand and power tools, such as: tape measures, mud trowels, routers, drills, saws, sanding blocks, paint brushes/rollers, levelers, nail pullers and chisels to create modular structures;
Read diagrams and blue prints;
Perform general labour duties to assist in the final finish production areas;
Perform all tasks related to the removal of debris and cleans both the interior and exterior of the plant and surrounding grounds.
Key Qualifications:
Previous building and/or construction experience;
Hand and power tool knowledge and experience;
Previous modular experience is preferred;
First Aid and CSTS tickets an asset.
