Work revolves around the following tasks:
– Demolition
– Carpentry and/or painting assistance
– Wallpaper removal, wall preparation
– Site Cleanup
– Additional duties as required and assigned by the site supervisor
Required Skills & Abilities
– Punctual and reliable
– Hard-working
– Self-motivated
– Ability to work alone or as part of a team
– Can follow instruction (potential to lead and delegate will be rewarded!)
– Comfortable in busy work environments
– Some English necessary (proficiency not required)
