Job Description

Terms of Employment: Landscaping Helper
* Seasonal Full-Time
* Salary $14.00 – $16.00 per hour depending on experience and work ethics
* 40 to 40+ hours per week
* Experience 1 to 8+ years
* Languages: Knowledge of the English language spoken
* Work Setting: Landscape Maintenance
* Type of machinery and or equipment: Small engine equipment
Specific Skills Needed:
* Cut grass
* Rake and collect refuse
* Remove litter and garbage
* Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
* Lay sod and or seed plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees and apply fertilizers
* Own tools and equipment: (Steel toe safety boots is not necessary but ok to wear)
Work Conditions and Physical Capability:

Terms of Employment: Landscaping Supervisor
Salary $17.00 – $20.00 per hour depending on experience and work ethics
Experience: 10 to 20+ years
Work schedule
-Your work schedule is Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with 1/2 hour lunch break or equivalent and two 15 minute coffee breaks.
Saturdays 10:00am to 6:00pm with 1/2 hour lunch break or equivalent and two 15 minute coffee breaks.
Duties
-Work Setting: Landscape Maintenance
-Responsible for the properties are serviced the proper way
-Cut grass
-Rake and collect refuse
-Remove litter and garbage
-Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
-Lay sod and or seed plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees and apply fertilizers
-Own tools and equipment: (Steel toe safety boots is not necessary but ok to wear)
-Class 5 drivers license
-Able to drive E250 Vans, F350 Trucks all with dump trailers
