Position Title: Landscape Grounds Maintenance Labourer

Position Type: Permanent Full Time
Description of Duties:
* Working closely with our Management / Landscaping team to develop and maintain the highest quality of landscape maintenance and to learn property sites and details.
* Weekly staff meetings to maintain cohesion / consistency with maintenance practices
* Working outdoors through all seasons
* General maintenance and on-going support of properties, including such tasks as pruning / edging / mowing and light to medium lifting as each project is unique
* Passing on communication from clients to Supervisors/Managers
Skills and Requirements:
* Must show some knowledge in plant ID and lawn care
* Minimum 2 years experience in the landscaping industry
* Clean drivers abstract with ability to drive a truck with a trailer
* Equipment maintenance experience
* Work well as a team player and be willing to learn
* Good time management and communication skills
* Works well under pressure, either independently or with a team
Compensation: $15 + / hour to start, benefits after 3 months
