Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of a Mathematical Analyst I is to conduct standard game analysis. The Math Analyst I may additionally assist in random number generator analysis or strategy game analysis.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Reads, writes, and modifies programs and analyses to calculate needed mathematical features of games.
Writes programs or scripts to manipulate or reorganize large data files into standard formats for testing.
Conducts statistical testing on game simulation results.
Reads jurisdictional requirements for interpretation in the context of testing.
Works with internal clients, communicating on topics of a technical nature.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Valid Driver’s License
Intermediate knowledge of Probability, Statistics, and Combinatorics.
Good understanding of core programming concepts and techniques.
Intermediate knowledge of modern C++, including use of object-oriented design.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Must have the ability to effectively communicate both orally and written

Travel:

Must have the ability to travel up to 5%.
