The primary focus of this position will be to service our valued customers through the door-to-door and donation box collection of used clothing and household items. While performing the duties of this job, the Driver is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle and feel objects, tools, or controls; and stoop, crawl, kneel, or crouch. The Drivers is occasionally required to climb steps and balance. The Drivers must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
The successful applicant will be customer service focused, self-motivated, no stranger to physically demanding work and you are in top condition to meet the requirements of the job.
You must be able to drive a 3 ton truck, possess a valid drivers license, clean current Drivers abstract, clear criminal record and understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. You also have a thorough knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.
